Effective and last updated July 13, 2026. Processing, delivery, and delay terms for US clothing orders.
The Dailys Wear currently ships clothing orders within the United States. Available services and any address restrictions are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery. An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not mean the order has shipped.
In-stock orders normally leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Launches, promotions, weather events, address review, fraud screening, or unusually high order volume may require additional processing time. If a product has a different lead time, that timing will be disclosed before purchase.
Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout before payment. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying US merchandise orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless the selected service expressly says otherwise.
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address supplied at checkout. Clothing from one order may ship in more than one package; separate tracking numbers may be provided, and you will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split a shipment. Carrier scans can take time to update after a label is created.
We will use a reasonable basis for any shipping date or window we advertise. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will provide notice and, as required, offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. We may cancel and refund an item that becomes unavailable rather than hold the order indefinitely.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a carrier returns a package because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, we will contact you about available reshipment or refund options; additional postage may apply and will be disclosed before reshipment.
Check the delivery location, household members, and carrier tracking first. Then contact support@thedailyswear.com with your order number if tracking shows a package is lost, delivery has stalled, or the parcel or clothing arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and take photographs when possible. We will review the order and work with the carrier to provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or claim assistance.
